In my practice, I offer therapy for people who want to look beyond the surface. Not just to get rid of complaints, but to truly understand their origins. And to grow from there—towards greater self-knowledge, emotional connection, and strength in relationships.
Psychodynamic therapy: a deeper look at what’s really going on
Psychodynamic therapy is a form of therapy that focuses on the unconscious mind. It goes beyond just the symptoms you experience. Instead of simply addressing superficial problems, we work together to explore the underlying unconscious patterns that influence your behavior and emotions. These patterns can arise from past experiences, often from your childhood, and can impact your current relationships and your sense of self-confidence.
Hypnotherapy: Engaging your unconscious for action and change
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that we use deep relaxation and focus to get acces to the unconscious part of your mind. I’ll bring you In this state we call trance, so we can more easily address and transform old beliefs, fears, and limiting patterns. We implement the new changes so you can happily move forward with your life.
Please note! Hypnotherapy is not offered via video calling.
Process
1. First point of contact
If you’re interested, or even still unsure, you can easily send me a message via email or the contact form. You’ll usually receive a response within two business days, so we can schedule an introductory meeting.
2. Introduction (30 min)
In this no-obligation consultation, you’ll let me know what’s on your mind and what you’d like to explore. I’ll see if I can guide you effectively, and you’ll see if we connect. Feel free to ask anything.
3. Further session(s) (1,5 uur)
If you choose to continue, we’ll schedule your first session. My sessions are deliberately 1.5 hours long, allowing time to truly delve deeper without constantly feeling the clock ticking. We’ll work with whatever arises – within you, it’s your story.
You’re not committed to anything. You book sessions whenever it suits you. I usually recommend leaving at least a week between sessions, so everything we touch on has time to sink in. Sometimes more time is actually helpful – especially later in the process. The process should be organic. Growth can’t be rushed.
Fees
Therapy is an investment in yourself—in your growth, your relationships, and your inner peace. At the same time, I understand that it also needs to be practical. That’s why I work without fixed schedules or obligations. You choose when and how often you come.
- Introductory consultation (30 minutes): free and without obligation
- Therapy session (90 minutes): €95
Practical
- Invoices will be sent by email.
- Payment is due one week after the session.
- Payment is possible via iDeal, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

Reimbursements
My sessions are currently not covered by health insurance. This does mean we can work completely independently – without a diagnosis, without a label, and without administrative burden.
