In-depth and insight-oriented therapy

I believe that true change begins with self-awareness. Not by quickly “fixing” complaints, but by attentively looking at what’s happening beneath the surface. Behavior, feelings, and patterns often arise from experiences we don’t always consciously remember – but which do influence how we feel and behave today.

That’s why I work from a psychodynamic perspective in my practice: together we’ll search for the core of your complaints. Not to analyze, but to feel, live through, and understand. I see therapy as a process in which you get to know yourself better and better – your vulnerabilities, your strengths, your desires.

My role is to guide you through this process with attention, safety, and sometimes even confrontation. Not based on a fixed method, but tailored to who you are and what you need. Because I believe that every person has their own path to healing – and that my task is to make that path visible, together with you.

My name is Bram Ockeloen. I work as a psychodynamic therapist, hypnotherapist, and depth psychologist. In my practice, I support people who are experiencing difficulties within themselves or their relationships, and who have the courage to explore these issues more deeply.

My approach is personal, engaging, and tailored. For me, therapy isn’t a list of techniques or diagnoses, but a personal encounter. It’s a place where you can be yourself, with everything that exists, even if you don’t yet know where to begin.
